Engineer Equipment

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Manages Equipment Performance KPIs i.e. OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, PM plan fulfillment, PM effectiveness, and etc. * Sets preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical). * Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. * Performs equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance). * Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems. * Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * 0-1 year experience in semiconductor industry on final tester equipment – memory device, high power module. Bachelor in Mechatronic/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering * Bachelor in Mechatronic/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering * Maintenance systematic tool i.e. DMAIC, 8D, Problem solving, EQ PMdata analysis, OEE, SAP PM. * Computer software i.e. MS office, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Marco in Excel and python (advantage). * Equipment integration i.e. SECS-GEM, PLC, EQ State, Recipe Management(advantage) * Good command of English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
