Engineer Operational Excellence

To lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies, systems, and processes across our shopfloor operations. Responsible for driving operational efficiency, productivity, and safety, while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement among the workforce. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Develop and implement a comprehensive training, certification and recertification systematics and framework for the shopfloor, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals. * Govern new hire training, certification, re-certification, and multi-skill workforce development programs, make sure all properly documented as per ISO/TS standard, support audit. * Setup competency development program for shop floor & engineering, LOFTT, work closely with Backend Academy and responsible for competency target & assessment. * Govern DSD fulfillment, work closely with DSD in charged, support necessary training organization, drive target fulfillment * Drive operation excellence projects, e.g. Digitalization projects * Develop and govern a people engagement approach and excellence culture, focusing on dialog, communication, awards, and recognition for SMT, YIP, Greenline program etc. * Design & govern the execution and implementation of Shop floor overall systematic approach for Gemba walk, Self-managing team etc * As Cleanroom Engineer, govern overall clean room compliance, e..g attire, culture awareness, materials, clean room environment * Support NICA ESD measurement and certification Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field * 1-2 years’ experience in operations management or similar capacity, with a focus on operational excellence system experience * Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, productivity, and safety improvements. * Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. * Sound knowledge on operational excellence methodologies * Good command of English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
