Your Role
As an Executive and Project Support Admin, you will be at the center of our team’s daily operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute directly to the success of our business unit by providing essential support to leadership and facilitating collaboration across different stakeholders.
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Support leadership with critical administrative and documentation tasks
* Maintain compliance by following and implementing internal and external policies and procedures
* Act as a communication hub by coordinating messages and information between stakeholders
* Plan and prioritize work for optimal project or team outcomes
* Identify key issues and find solutions using available data, even when information is incomplete
* Mentor team members by sharing knowledge and serving as an informal resource
* Drive successful delivery of projects and tasks through effective coordination and organization
Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive and solutions-focused individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Experience supporting management or project teams is mandatory
* Ability to organize and deliver work independently is mandatory
* Skills in documentation, compliance, or administrative processes are mandatory
* Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve issues are preferred
* Experience coordinating multiple priorities or stakeholders is preferred
* Previous experience mentoring or supporting colleagues is nice-to-have
* Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken, B2 level or higher) is mandatory
* Additional languages are nice-to-have
