Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You will drive and support HR digitalization initiatives, shaping the implementation of tools, platforms, and AI-driven solutions across HR while ensuring alignment between business needs and IT requirements. Acting as a key interface between HR, IT, and further stakeholders, you will contribute hands-on to digital projects while ensuring effective governance, including requirements definition as well as Cyber Risk and AI assessments.
* Lead and support digital HR projects, including project planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution in collaboration with HR Strategy & Digital teams, IT HR, Workers Council and other HR functions
* Drive implementation and due diligence of new digital HR tools/platforms aligned with HR business needs and IT requirements
* Act as the interface between HR operations and IT HR for new tools, platforms, and module enhancements
* Consult HR stakeholders on digital tools, including vendor screening, and provide expert advice on AI to enhance HR efficiency and improve customer experience
* Document and bundle high-level business requirements together with HR organizations and Global Service Designers, while collaborating closely with project managers to ensure integrated delivery
* Stay up to date on HR tech trends, especially AI, and assess their relevance and applicability within HR
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a proactive and innovative professional with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messages for non-technical audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, can manage multiple topics simultaneously, and bring a strong customer-focused mindset.
* Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in digital HR or project-led roles
* Solid experience with HR technologies such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and similar digital tools supporting HR operations
* Capability and passion to handle and drive several topics/projects at the same time
* Experience with (low-)coding platforms; knowledge of ServiceNow or Eightfold is a plus
* Fluent in English (mandatory)
