Your Role
You will contribute to the advancement of our global framework and help create new, future-ready offerings for Early Career Talents. In addition, you will help develop training programs, take part in program marketing, and be right in the middle of events--not just attending, but actively participating. You’ll address strategic topics, deliver fresh impulses, and create compelling presentations in English. Are you a conceptual thinker, eager to create, and interested in international talent topics? Key responsibilities in your new role
* Actively develop programs: You will work on the continuous advancement of our Trainee and PhD Programs (Early Career Talent Programs)
* Help shape projects: You will support strategic projects related to the further development of our programs and take on your own work packages
* Think Training & Learning: You will assist in the conceptualization, further development, and implementation of training offerings for our Early Career Talent Programs
* Strengthen Marketing & Visibility: You will actively contribute to marketing topics – e.g., social media, presentations, or internal communications formats
* Experience events up close: You will help plan and implement events, including our PhD Conference in Munich
* Work globally networked: You will interact with stakeholders worldwide and work closely with the program coordinators
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Field of Study: You are currently studying business administration, social sciences, communication sciences, or a similar field
* Personality: You have a creative mindset and enjoy contributing your own ideas
* Working Style: You work in a structured and independent manner
* Experience: You are proficient in using MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
* Interests: You enjoy global exchange and conceptual work
* Language Skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken
