Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Data Processing : Support pre and post processing of data within corporate information technology (IT) platforms Knowledge Base : Maintain and update the knowledge database with textual and graphical content and manage access rights Configuration : Maintain configuration setups for product development project data to ensure accuracy and consistency Communication : Communicate with internal teams and external international developer teams to facilitate smooth collaboration Reporting : Create and update weekly reports on large data sets using dedicated reporting tools Learning Tools : Work with innovative artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support professional development Further Information Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time around 15-25 hours per week (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education : Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools and experience in customer service, process and operations, and documentation Interests : Highly motivated to learn about change management activities and tools with a strong sense of self initiative Work Style : Highly organized and structured with an analytical mindset and a proactive and motivated approach to tasks Teamwork : Team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in an international team Language Skills : Very good command of English, both written and spoken, with German as a plus Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
