Logisztikai ügyintéző - Shipping Administrator (f/m/div)

Logisztikai ügyintézőként feladatod a vállalat szállítási adminisztrációs feladatainak teljeskörű elvégzése, mellyel hozzájárulhatsz a vállalati célok eléréséhez. As a logistics administrator you will ensure that all logistics-related administrative tasks are carried out, thereby helping to achieve the company’s goals. Feladatok/Your Role * Szállítási adminisztráció elvégzése, napi kiszállításhoz tartozó dokumentumok elkészítése, rendszerezése, archiválása; * Kiszállítási igények időben történő teljesítése; * Webshop küldemények teljeskörű ügyintézése; * Vegyianyagok elszállításához szükséges fuvarok szervezése; * Folyamatos kapcsolattartás a szállítmányozó partnervállalatokkal; * Szállítmányok nyomonkövetése, státusz jelentések készítése; * Export Control feladatok végrehajtása, dokumentációkezelés; * A kiterjesztett gyártói felelősség (EPR) rendszerbe tartozó hulladékkezeléshez szükséges adatok, táblázatok kezelése, * kapcsolattartás a megbízott külső tanácsadó partnerrel; * NAV auditok esetén dokumentumok előkészítése; * Kapcsolattartás a vállalat magyar és német kapcsolódó, szakmai társterületeivel. * Handling shipping administration; preparing, organizing, and archiving documents related to daily shipments; * Ensuring timely fulfillment of shipping requests; * Comprehensive management of online store shipments; * Organizing transportation for the shipment of chemical materials; * Maintaining ongoing communication with partner freight forwarders; * Tracking shipments and preparing status reports; * Performing export control tasks and managing documentation; * Managing data and tables required for waste management under the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system, maintaining contact with the appointed external consulting partner * Preparing documents for NAV audits; * Maintaining contact with the company’s related professional departments in Hungary and Germany. Elvárások/Your Profile * Felsőfokú logisztikai szakirányú végzettség; * Hasonló munkakörben szerzett 1-3 éves tapasztalat; * Magabiztos angol vagy német nyelvtudás, írásban és szóban egyaránt; * Microsoft Office programok készségszintű kezelése, kiemelten fontos az Excel; * Megbízható, önálló, precíz munkavégzés; * Terhelhetőség, rugalmasság, jó problémamegoldó képesség, komplex, rendszerszintű gondolkodásmód. * Degree in logistics; * 1–3 years of experience in a similar position; * Confident command of English or German, both written and spoken; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a particular emphasis on Excel; * Reliable, independent, and meticulous work ethic; * Ability to handle a heavy workload, flexibility, strong problem-solving skills, and a complex, systems-oriented mindset.
