Manager Line Planning

You're responsible for daily production and material planning management to fulfill Delivery, Clip, Range and FF requirement. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role 1.Daily production/material planning management to fulfillDelivery/Clip/Range/FF requirement  2.Cross-functional coordination with other departments (Planning, Engineering, ect.) 3.Ensure line scheduling system readiness (RTD, details scheduling,FLEX, No touch, SPOT, simulation, etc)  4.Cost management, such as PE/ME/OEE/ GK TCR control, productivityimprovement, etc 5.Manage documents/ training/ certification and further drive planningsystematic 6.Independently responsible for continuous improvement project  7.Overall lead MFG‘s precious metal audit, quarterly & yearly inventory counting, even extent to new product Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related discipline  2. More than 5 years’ relevant working experience and better more than 2 years' management experience in production planning.  Strong people management and team leadership skills 3. Good analytical and problem solving skills with innovative projectsis plus 4. Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving themquickly 5.
