Semiconductor Marketing (Location : Tokyo) 半導体マーケテイング (勤務地 : 東京） Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * セキュリティ応用アプリケーションのシステム構成と顧客トレンドに基づく、日本における半導体製品の地域販路戦略（民生・産業機器顧客向け）策定と実施 * 直販・代理店チャネルビジネスを生かし、製品プロモーション、ポジショニングやプライシング戦略 * 営業・FAEチームメンバーと協業し、該当製品の業績（売り上げ・Design win）管理、プロジェクト管理、達成を担う。 * 日本市場調査、競合製品分析により、開発部隊へ新製品のポジション・価格・ロードマップの提案 * 新製品リリースのため、トレードショー、ウェビナー、SNSなどのPR活動の参加 * 国内外のマーケティングメンバーや代理店と協業し案件発掘 * 納期や生産キャパの獲得交渉 Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Must to have... * 半導体（あるいは民生・産機）業界におけるマーケティング、プロジェクト管理の経験2年以上。 * ビジネスレベルの英語力（英語でスムーズにコミュニケーションが取れる方） * ハードウェアまたはソフトウェアのサポート経験がある方 Nice to have... * FAEの経験3年以上あれば尚可 ※第二卒も検討します。 * セキュリティのトレンド・技術に見識がある方 * マーケティング、プロジェクト管理を含む部門横断的なチームと協働する能力 * お客様とのコミュニケーションスキル * 本社（ドイツ）とのネゴシエーションスキル * 問題解決力・物事の推進力 * 基本的なPC スキル（Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) * チームプレーヤー * ロジカルシンキング ※応募時には日本語の履歴書、職務経歴書、英文のレジュメの3点をご提出ください。 #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
