Your Role As an IGP Application Engineer, you will play a role in developing cutting-edge power solutions and supporting our lead customers. You will focus on DC/DC conversion and power electronics control within the context of AI computing, data center, robotics, and telecom power applications. Key responsibilities in your new role * Reference Design Development: Develop and validate reference designs, demo boards, and evaluation platforms, covering hardware, firmware, and supporting simulation models. * Design-In Support: Provide expert technical support to lead customers, guiding them through the integration of our power solutions into their systems. * Innovation: Bring innovative ideas to the team, challenging the current status quo by thinking outside the box to solve complex engineering problems. Ideal candidates demonstrate: * Curiosity & Exploration: A strong curiosity, open-mindedness, and a willingness to ask questions and explore new concepts. * Proactivity & Initiative: An outgoing, proactive attitude with strong self-motivation and the ability to take initiative. * Teamwork & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively in international project teams. * Adaptability: Flexibility to changes and the ability to be proactive and self-reflective in diverse settings. * Education & Language: * Master’s Degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, or related field * Excellent English is required for daily communication and international collaboration * Technical knowledge: * Circuit Fundamentals: Basic experience in analog and digital circuitsand measurement techniques. * Power Electronics: Familiarity with AC/DC and DC/DC switch mode power supplies is preferred. * Simulation Tools: Experience with industry-standard simulation tools. * Academic Projects: Relevant internships, projects, or thesis work in power electronics are highly valued.
