Senior Engineer Technical Marketing

We are hiring a Power Electronics Engineer to support customer applications using Infineon products, focusing on debugging technical issues and developing hardware solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise in designing and testing AC-DC and DC-DC converters (Buck/Boost, Flyback, LLC, PFC, PSFB), along with experience in simulation tools and PCB design. Ideal candidates should have strong problem-solving and communication skills, be able to collaborate cross-functionally, and possess a solid understanding of magnetics, control loops, and sensing circuits. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields is required Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Ability to debug customer technical issues on different power semiconductor devices and power converter circuits. * Provide hardware development services to realize Customer applications using Infineon products. * Must have very good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, hardware design, chip design, and software and content development teams. * Good problem-solving skills. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Strong hands-on experience in the design and testing of DC-DC and AC-DC Converters such as Synchronous Buck/Boost PFC/LLC/PSFB, and Flyback topologies. * Familiar with the design of magnetics, control loops, sensing circuits etc. * Experience with Power converter Simulation tools (Simplis, LTSpice, Simetrix, TINA). * Familiar with schematic drafting and PCB layout of power converters. * Knowledge on PMBUS, CAN, and SVID Communication is an added benefit. * Experience: 2 to 4 years * Qualification : Masters or B.Tech in electrical engineering/Power electronics/ Drives/Power systems #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
