Test Engineer

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Specification and development of automated test programs for highlycomplex analog and mixed-signal circuits in deep-sub-µ CMOS technologiesfor automotive products * Test program implementation for AD/DA converters, switched-mode powersupply, clock generation and more. * Definition of test cases and test concepts, by means of tightinteraction with concept and design engineers * The main tester systems used is Advantest 93000 Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent * 2+ years attestable work experience in the semiconductor testing * You have a very solid experience in semiconductor test developmentand a good knowledge of analog circuits * You have a very solid background in IC measurement both in the laband on main ATE platforms (preferred: v93k) * You are able to define measurement concepts both for productcharacterization and qualification/production test on ATE * Software skills (C/C++) * Fluent English skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
