Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering

Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line. * Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and PDP. * Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials. * Troubleshoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems with process. * Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, WorkInstruction and OJTIs. * Support in machine buyoff (Process & non Electrical topic ONLY),ownership under MNT/ EE. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Bachelor/ Master Degree in Engineering/ Semiconductor Technology. * 3 years related working experience (experience in Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage ). * Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. * Good communications and interpersonal skills. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
