Senior Staff Analyst Product Owner

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Engage proactively with 6–10 business stakeholders across multiple sites to identify, uncover, and develop digitalization opportunities . Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain a structured, forward-looking product backlog . Actively participate in Agile ceremonies , including: Sprint Planning Backlog Refinement Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Lead strategic initiatives as a Project Manager , including: Steering Committee management Executive stakeholder engagement Executive reporting Introduce innovative perspectives , industry insights, and digitalization best practices from previous experience to drive continuous improvement. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  5+ years of professional experience , including a proven track record as a Product Owner in an Agile environment . Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable digital solutions . Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities rather than wait for direction. Excellent stakeholder management skills , with experience working across: Multiple regions Different organizational levels Senior business audiences and executives Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Executive-Level Reporting . Fluent English communication skills SAFe Certification,  Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies: will be a great advantage  Oracle APEX OutSystems Python KNIME Tableau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
