Senior Staff Engineer, Field Application Engineering

The FAE for Tier One accounts is responsible to engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions and create system selling discussions with the customer. The account team design win pipeline and achieved target is both the FAE and Sales Account Manager's deliverable. Other main tasks are to identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews Maximizing BOM share via PGO metric Collaboration with Sales tandem partner to create overarching Account Strategy. Focus FAE for Motor Control Account Responsibility for one Segment A account maximizing sockets and content in the relevant applications at the customer. Present technical solutions on the application level Use of Digital tools to manage account opportunities Drive feedback to PL and marketing via use of digital tools (e,g, Capri) Degree in EE or Computer Engineering. 1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry. Some system-level experience. Familiarity with Automotive Motor Control applications Proactive and good networking skills. Experience with software simulations and schematic reviews. Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers. Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus. We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
