Senior Staff Engineer Technology Development

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Develop Si Power IGBT/Diode and/or Silicon Carbide Power MOSFET wafer technologies and product features to realize new power devices that meet the performance, cost, and quality targets • Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments (including DoE`s) • Be responsible for the definition of unit process requirements • Coordinate frontend processing of development lots (generation of split plans, trial routes, etc) • Be responsible for the process flow definition (process of records) and the implementation of new technology concepts in production • Develop new process control structures and test structures for electrical characterization • Coordinate physical analyses • Be responsible for the analysis of electrical test data • Create intellectual property • Be responsible for project management subtasks Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • A university degree (Bachelor, Master or above) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or related to Semiconductor • > 8 years of working experience in FE related Semiconductor industry • Knowledge of power devices semiconductor technology as a plus • Semiconductor physics & process integration knowledge • Project management experience as a plus • Fluent English skills #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
