Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
We're seeking a seasoned Test Engineer with a strong background in working with ATE 93K testers to join our team. You'll play a critical role in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production Release, as well as QUAL, HVM, and RMA activities. Excellent opportunity for a highly experienced test engineer to lead the development and implementation of test solutions for new products, ensure smooth production qualification, and provide expert support for high-volume manufacturing and return merchandise authorization
* New Product Introduction (NPI): Develop and implement comprehensive test solutions for new products, including test strategy, test plan, and test execution, to ensure successful NPI to Mass Production Release
* QUAL Support: Provide expert support for QUAL activities, including test development, test validation, and test qualification, to ensure products meet quality and reliability standards
* HVM Support: Optimize test processes for high-volume manufacturing, focusing on yield improvement, defect reduction, and efficient production
* RMA Support: Analyze and resolve customer issues through failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation
* Test Development: Design, develop, and maintain test programs, including test software and test hardware, to ensure efficient and effective testing
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure test solutions meet product requirements and align with business objectives
* Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians, providing technical leadership and expertise to develop their skills
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize test processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience working with ATE 93K testers, with a focus on NPI, QUAL, HVM, and RMA support
* Strong understanding of test engineering principles, including test strategy, test plan, and test execution
* Experience with test development, including test software and test hardware
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical data and identify solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with automotive devices and industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ASPICE)
* Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, Perl)
* Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
* Certification in test engineering or a related field
