Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Deliver measurable cost, yield, and reliability improvements through innovation, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement projects.  Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for defects and customer escalations using  8D/DMAIC Develop and standardize process documentation and controls (SOPs, control plans, PFMEA, reaction plans, specs). Drive task force and focus teams . Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field  Technical skills: Electroplating  fundamentals, chemical control , process optimization , SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving (8D/DMAIC) Soft Skills: Demonstrates exceptional  technical expertise, leadership, mentoring, influence , and  drive innovation that shapes long-term process strategy and competitive advantage. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
