Key responsibilities in your new role
* Manage company-wide salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefit packages
* Analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings
* Develop and update HR policies related to pay and benefits
* Provide expert advice on compensation matters to managers and HR team members
* Oversee the administration of employee benefit claims and inquiries
* Create and deliver presentations on compensation and benefits to various audiences
* Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and projects
* Monitor costs and suggest improvements to increase efficiency in HR programs
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
* Participate in industry groups to stay current on HR trends and best practices
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits
* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience with HR management systems is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Attention to detail and data accuracy
* Strong communication skills also in English, both in written as well as in verbal
