Staff Technician Reliability Product Testing

Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role * Checks lot requirements, prepares/sets up equipment and performs Reliability tests according to procedures, work instructions and test conditions according to REALIS (eg. Precondition / EVI / Special Requests) * Processes the pending lots according to the schedule in REALIS Dispatcher or prioritization by the superior. Obtains daily worklists, checks for delayed lots and comes up with catch up plans. * Performs quality checks on the stress boards to ensure good working conditions before use. Segregates damaged boards for repair / scrap. Ensures proper storage and identification of stress boards and WIPs(Work In Process). * Performs STPM (Short Term Preventive Maintenance) of Reliability Stress Equipment and Periodic Maintenance of stress boards. Coordinates with Engineering and Maintenance teams on the release of equipment fo Calibration, Preventive Maintenance and repair. * Ensures proper documentation of necessary processes (check lists, REALIS system). Communicates on time clearly to the team and superior in case of deviations, discrepancies or issues and registers in the system * Ensures compliance to safety, health and environmental procedures and instructions. Ensures the wearing of personal protective equipment(PPEs) provided and practices good housekeeping (5S) at all time * Performs monthly ESD check and ensures measurement values fulfill ESD requirements. Reports to superior for any discrepancies Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * Minimum Diploma in Electronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical or any related Engineering field * Must passed SPM Mathematics & English * Minimum 6 years of related working experience in reliability test * Able to work in Office Hour (Monday-Friday 8am-5.15pm) or 12 hour Rotating Shift (7am-7pm, 7pm-7am) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
