Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed term contract of 12 months, you will: Expense Processing: Process Travel and Expense claims, including invoice validation. Monitor the delivery of missing information/ documents to ensure the reimbursement of our employees Compliance and Quality: Ensure alignment with Infineon Travel and Expenses Processes and Guidelines. Ensure the data quality of expense claims and perform quality control Improvement and Collaboration: Work with the team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities Payment Process:  Perform payment run processes Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You are an excellent communicator with an international and multicultural mindset. You are a motivated team player with problem-solving skills. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Language Studies, or a similar field Technical Skills: Have a good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP is a plus Working Style: You can pay attention to detail and focus on quality, ensuring high-quality processes Language Skills : Fluent in English.
