Requirements:

Requirements:
- Experience in similar positions (Account Manager) 3 years+;
- Advanced or Fluent English;
- Good knowledge and clear understanding of gambling industry;
- Experience in working with budgets, marginality, contracts, and invoices;
- Strong social skills and a natural talent for connecting with people, experience in business and contract negotiations;
- Team management skills and ability to lead;
- Ability to meet goals;
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to go on business trips.
- Own and drive the Account Management strategy in line with company goals and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the product ecosystem, operator markets, and commercial models.
- Lead and develop the Account team, defining clear responsibilities, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Oversee daily account operations, priorities, and client satisfaction across key operators.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with operators and support commercial negotiations when required.
- Develop a structured upsell strategy for the Account team, create upsell plans per account, and ensure consistent execution and monitoring.
- Track account performance, revenue growth, and upsell progress, identifying optimisation and growth opportunities.
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration with Partnerships, Legal, Finance, Technical, and Product teams.
- Own and optimise account-related processes, documentation, and internal tracking tools.
- Provide regular performance reporting and insights to top management.
