The Customer Experience Associate will perform the functions outlined below: Inbound and outbound calls to support appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders. General inquiries regarding services and other items as required such as insurance, billing, and eligibility. Triage of non-clinical issues to appropriate clinical or administrative staff. Proactive outreach to patients for follow-up, preventive care reminders, and care management. Assistance with navigating healthcare portals and digital tools. Support for post-visit satisfaction surveys and feedback collection Patient billing inquiries, explanation of benefits, and payment processing assistance. Insurance verification and prior authorization support in coordination with the client’s internal team. Requirements Requirements Graduate of any 4-year course Must have at least 1 year prior experience inbound customer service support preferably in the U.S. medical billing industry Must have experience in patient appointment scheduling Possesses keen attention to details Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills Willing to work under pressure Willing to work U.S. hours
