• →Strong knowledge and understanding of object-oriented programming principles

• →Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

• →Experience working with concurrent and multi-tier applications

• →Appreciation for code reviews and experience with code testing practices

• →Good understanding of RESTful services

• →You are comfortable using modern development approaches, including AI-assisted coding tools and agents.

• Experience with  Java, Spring, and Spring Boot development

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Canary, or similar

• Understanding of databases and data management tools such as MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar

• Ability to design and implement caching strategies that improve application performance and scalability

• Knowledge of asynchronous communication patterns and techniques using tools such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, taking into consideration their monitoring and observability

• Experience with technologies such as Kotlin, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, or others
