We are seeking a Change Enablement Specialist to support the execution of change management activities for a large-scale business transformation initiative. This is a hands-on role focused on developing communications, coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, supporting readiness efforts, and maintaining change-related deliverables.

The ideal candidate understands change management fundamentals and has experience supporting organizational change initiatives within an established framework. This role focuses on executing and coordinating change activities rather than defining change strategy, methodology, or program direction.

This role is best suited for a Change Management Specialist, Change Analyst, Change Enablement Specialist, or Change Communications professional with experience supporting transformation initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and supporting content for leadership and project stakeholders.

  • Maintain change plans, schedules, trackers, and related documentation to ensure activities remain on track.

  • Partner closely with project teams to manage deliverables, follow-up actions, and day-to-day execution needs.

  • Coordinate content collection, document updates, reviews, and publication of communications and change assets.

  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other productivity tools to accelerate content development and administrative tasks.

Requirements

~1 min read
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting organizational change management, change enablement, change communications, or related transformation initiatives.

  • Experience executing change management activities within established project or program environments.

  • Strong written communication, editing, and content development skills.

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished stakeholder-facing presentations.

  • Experience coordinating reviews, approvals, and stakeholder feedback processes.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred.

The successful candidate is a detail-oriented, hands-on contributor who enjoys creating communications, coordinating stakeholders, managing deliverables, and keeping change activities moving forward. They understand core change management concepts and can quickly contribute without requiring direction on foundational change practices.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning plans into action and supporting successful adoption through high-quality execution, collaboration, and attention to detail.
