Learning Designer- Trainee (Grad Hire)

As a Learning Designer (Trainee), you will join a future-focused team that is shaping the next generation of AI-powered, personalized, and adaptive learning experiences for global clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for fresh minds with curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment with new technologies—especially Gen AI—to solve real-world learning challenges. If you are passionate about designing meaningful learning journeys and are excited by the power of AI, we want to meet you.

Once selected, you will undergo an intensive 200+ hour bootcamp aligned to our capability framework, including, but not limited to:

• Define learning objectives that align with performance outcomes and business goals.

• Use Gen AI tools for faster content analysis, synthesis, and ideation.

• Identify learner personas and pathways through data and behavioral patterns.

• Use AI tools to chunk and reframe content into engaging, digestible formats.

• Ideate adaptive learning interactions that respond to learner behavior.

• Storyboard immersive experiences (eLearning, videos, microlearning) using tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Gen AI platforms.

• Create learning resources such as assessments, simulations, chatbots, case studies, and infographics.

• Incorporate learner feedback loops for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate and co-visualize with multimedia and development teams to bring designs to life.

• Use AI-based quality tools to perform reviews and ensure design fidelity.

• AI Curiosity: Familiarity with Gen AI tools and an eagerness to explore how they transform learning design.

• Design Thinking: Ability to approach learning problems from a learner-centric lens with empathy and innovation.

• Communication Excellence: Clear, concise writing and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging learning content.

• Detail Orientation: High standards in accuracy, consistency, and content quality.

A bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Journalism, Sociology, Education, or any related discipline that demonstrates strength in language, storytelling, or behavioral sciences.

• Strong in oral and written communications

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Awareness of design aesthetics, accessibility, and UX principles.

• An innovative, AI-first mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn.

• Awareness of Rapid Authoring Tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond or Captivate is a plus.
