We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who cares deeply about craft, clarity, and learner impact. This role sits at the heart of learning delivery. You will take well-defined learning designs and turn them into thoughtful, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that actually work in the real world.
If you enjoy translating complex business and performance needs into clean, learner-centric content, and you take pride in strong storyboards, well-built modules, and high quality standards, this role will suit you well.
Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Learning Experience Designer, you will own the detailed design and build of digital learning solutions from storyboard through final delivery. You will work closely with Learning Experience Architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure learning solutions are instructionally sound, visually consistent, and ready to scale.
Your focus will include:

Creating detailed storyboards and design assets that bring learning designs to life and guide development clearly

Building high-quality eLearning modules, video scripts, and digital assets using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and similar platforms
- →
Partnering with architects, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and strong learner flow
- →
Incorporating feedback thoughtfully to improve learning effectiveness without compromising quality
- →
Applying templates, authoring standards, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and consistency
- →
Performing rigorous quality checks across content accuracy, language, accessibility, and functionality
- →
Managing your own work independently while meeting timelines and delivery expectations

Following established workflows and quality frameworks to ensure consistent output across programs
- →
Contributing to team capability through knowledge sharing and informal mentoring
This role is best suited for someone who is confident in instructional design fundamentals and equally comfortable executing the work.
You likely bring:
Strong grounding in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM
Deep experience creating storyboards and learner-centric content that simplifies complex topics
Hands-on expertise building interactive eLearning using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and related platforms
Experience designing blended or multi-modal learning solutions aligned to business needs
A quality-first mindset, with strong attention to accuracy, accessibility, and instructional integrity
Comfort using emerging and AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and learning quality
Clear written communication skills and confidence working in English
Requirements

Relevant experience in instructional design, content development, or digital learning delivery
A genuine interest in building impactful learning experiences and continuously improving your craft
Authoring: Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond
Design: PowerPoint, Canva, basic Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
Learning platforms: Familiarity with LMS concepts, SCORM standards, and content management
