Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and objectives
- Design and develop innovative and interactive learning experiences, including instructor-led training, e-learning, simulations, and other modalities
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning solutions
- Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, animations, and graphics, to enhance the learning experience
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Work closely with project managers, graphic designers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or related roles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and simulations
- Proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for creating engaging and impactful learning experiences
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
