About the Role
~1 min readManage global delivery financials including revenue, cost, margin, utilization, AR, and AP
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial close
Partner with Finance and PMO to track revenue movement and enforce financial discipline
Drive on-time vendor payments and maintain strong financial hygiene across operations
Oversee end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, contracts, and governance
Ensure compliance across MSAs, SOWs, and commercial terms
Track vendor costs, optimize pricing, and improve vendor performance and experience
Own operational and financial reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights for leadership
Establish operating rhythms to track performance, risks, and efficiency
Translate data into actionable insights for business leaders
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce effort, cost, and cycle time
Standardize workflows, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain audit readiness
Lead automation and system improvement initiatives to modernize operations
Drive OKR tracking, reporting, and completion across the organization
Monitor performance trends and implement corrective actions
Track efficiency gains and cost savings tied to operational initiatives
Manage and mentor a 7–10 member multi-functional operations team
Build a high-ownership, high-accountability culture
Provide coaching, define clear roles and success metrics, and support career growth
Manage capacity, performance gaps, and succession planning
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reporting, and executive views
Automate workflows and reduce manual dependencies
Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Monday.com, and Copilot
Ensure data integrity across systems including Salesforce, VMS, and financial platforms
Manage travel, events, and leadership logistics with cost and policy discipline
Oversee software, license, and asset lifecycle including procurement and audits
