Payroll Consultant (Peru) – Senior
Role Summary
The Senior Payroll Consultant will support enhancement requests, compliance requirements, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives for Peru Payroll. September - December
Location: On-shore
 
Key Responsibilities
•    Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.
•    Analyze and document business requirements.
•    Configure and test payroll changes.
•    Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business-driven changes.
•    Review payroll calculations and validation results.
•    Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
•    Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.
•    Assist with defect investigation and root cause analysis.
•    Support end-to-end testing and deployment activities.
•    Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills & Experience
•    8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
•    Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
•    Expertise in:
o    Payroll Schemas
o    PCRs
o    Wage Type Configuration
o    Payroll Posting
o    Retro Calculations
o    Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll
o    Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes
•    Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.
•    Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.
•    Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.
Preferred Experience
•    Employee Central Payroll.
•    SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
•    SAP HCM Time Management.
•    SAP S/4HANA Payroll environments.
•    Global payroll support experience.
•    Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
