In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

• Hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Strong experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, and REFramework.
• Knowledge of Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Production Planning, MRP, DRP, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience integrating UiPath with SAP, Oracle, SQL databases, APIs, and Excel-based planning solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience in process mapping and automation assessment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, APO, or other Supply Planning platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation and Intelligent Document Processing.
• UiPath Certification (Associate/Advanced Developer).
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
