In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
• Experience implementing FCCS and ARCS.
• Experience with financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and account reconciliation, including functional knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience collaborating with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Experience in FCCS implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting.
• Experience designing FCCS metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules.
• Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems (Fusion and non-Fusion) using Data Management and Data Integration.
• Experience integrating ARCS with ERP general ledger (GL) and subledger systems, including enabling journal posting back to the ERP.
• Experience designing EDM solutions for centralized master data management and governance.
• Experience developing and maintaining data management processes (Data Management/Data Integration) and integrations with ERP systems.
• Experience configuring security, workflows, and reporting structures within EPM applications.
• Experience leading large support engagements while working closely with key client business users and stakeholders.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
• Experience with account reconciliation processes and ARCS. • Experience with EDM is plus.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
