In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

⦁ Experience with prior implementation and support experience of the Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules and related configurations and technical components specifically around AP, AR, GL, FA and PA modules. 
⦁ Experience on configuring and troubleshooting core data import tools and reporting frameworks, including FBDI (File-Based Data Import), ADFdi, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
⦁ Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP & AR).
⦁ Experience in Oracle ERP Cloud solution design and customization development.
⦁ Experience in enterprise package processes, Oracle business intelligence methodology. ⦁ Experience with OIC.
⦁ Experience in working with global delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
⦁ Experience in managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
⦁ Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
