Technology Lead

Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of SysOps Analyst to join our team

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and support RADAR, Goldfire, and TAMAR applications.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and perform RCA.
• Support upgrades, patches, releases, and environment maintenance.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and vendor teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of application support and system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of application servers, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience with user access management, incident resolution, monitoring, and release management.
• ITIL knowledge preferred.
• Experience with enterprise applications and global support environments.
