You'll identify opportunities to improve project coordination through more efficient work packaging and procurement strategies.
You'll stay current on the scope, schedule, and status of ongoing and upcoming airport development projects.
You'll monitor and communicate upcoming impacts, including barricades, utility shutdowns, and operational disruptions.
You'll coordinate with utility shutdown experts and engineering teams to recommend optimal shutdown timing.
You'll review Area Shutdown Requests to ensure compliance with LAWA standards.
You'll develop tracking tools, maintain project records, and prepare progress reports and executive briefings.
You'll attend daily project meetings to gather, verify, and communicate critical project updates.
You'll read, interpret, and analyze project plans, schedules, and Gantt charts to identify potential conflicts.
You'll facilitate the flow of activity and impact information among project stakeholders.
You'll collaborate with third-party organizations to coordinate overlapping construction activities.
You'll partner with the CALM Manager to maintain accurate, up-to-date project coordination and logistics information.
You'll prepare monthly and annual reports highlighting team accomplishments for executive leadership.
You'll support the CALM Team's mission of minimizing construction impacts, avoiding project conflicts, and ensuring smooth airport operations during terminal improvements.
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.
20 years or more experience, preferable on airport building programs or similar complex building programs
Bachelor's degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning or other related technical field required
Master's degree preferred
Optional Certifications may include AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP etc. or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certifications
