You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.
  • You’ll work under the direction of the Project Manager and coordinate/interact with the full project team, including Owner consultants, governing agencies, third-party testing and inspection agencies, the design-builder, and furniture/equipment vendors; maintain regular on-site presence during construction hours (typically 7 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday), support additional hours as directed, and remain available 24/7 for emergency contact when off-site.

  • You’ll identify safety concerns observed in the field and escalate them to the contractor responsible and Accenture staff.

  • You’ll review and stay familiar with construction drawings, specifications, general conditions, contracts, and project documentation; verify contractor materials and equipment align with approved submittals; monitor on-site work for compliance with contract documents; track RFIs and responses; and maintain detailed daily logs covering weather, activities, deliveries, change orders, field changes, milestones, inspections/tests, startups, training, safety issues, delays, manpower, site visitors, and other key events.

  • You’ll coordinate and attend code inspections with authorities having jurisdiction, coordinate and witness required third-party testing and inspections, participate in and document final inspections, and attend staff, progress, pre-installation, and coordination meetings.

  • You’ll monitor and review construction CPM schedules, record actual start and completion dates, track key project chronology events, and document daily contractor manpower by subcontractor and trade.

  • You’ll review pencil copies of contractors’ monthly Applications for Payment with the Project Manager, field team, design-builder, and owner.

  • You’ll assist the Project Manager with technical review and comments on Potential Impacts (PIs) and Change Order Requests (CORs); monitor T&M work daily; track manpower, equipment, and materials; and collect signed daily extra work tickets.

  • You’ll take a minimum of 10 date-stamped digital photos daily, properly name and upload files, and document installations and deficiencies for project records and monthly progress reports.

  • You’ll observe and confirm the contractor maintains as-built drawings, continuously punch-list installations for compliance, document deficiencies in the Nonconformance Log, issue items for corrective action, generate punch lists, track progress, and support closeout activities; and additional duties required.

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
  • Accenture Construct is Accenture's global capital projects business.
  • The data centers behind AI. The grid behind the energy transition. The rail, water and airports everything else runs on.
  • We plan them, engineer them, deliver them and hand them over — and unlike most of this market, we're on the hook for whether they land on time. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. One team that owns the whole thing.
