  • You'll maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and financial data in compliance with cost management policies.
  • You'll collaborate with Project and Construction Managers on white papers, re-baselining, and securing project funding.
  • You'll support Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews with variance analysis and cause identification.
  • You'll allocate and manage Estimates to Complete (ETCs) for change orders, task requests, vendor portal requests, and PBAs.
  • You'll participate in change management and risk assessment meetings to analyze cost-related risks and trends.
  • You'll conduct variance and performance analysis, recommending corrective actions to align financials with project goals.
  • You'll perform monthly budget reconciliations and ensure accuracy in reporting and month-end close.
  • You'll track trends in project costs, schedule impacts, and effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
  • You'll review financial reports, staffing plans, and expenditures across multiple funding sources to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
  • You'll prepare, validate, and process contract amendments, task orders, change orders, PBAs, and related financial documents.
  • You'll generate tailored financial, budget, and schedule reports using systems like Proliance and Deltek Costpoint.
  • You'll oversee review/approval of contractor and consultant payment applications for accuracy and compliance.
  • You'll collaborate with PMO, stakeholders, and campuses to deliver timely financial data, dashboard reporting, and support cost management initiatives.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • 5 - 10 years’ experience professional experience in program and/or project controls on a construction program
  • BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis
  • Experience working through the entire project life cycle
  • Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost/schedule management, earned value management, change management, forecasting, and risk assessment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel Skills, Proliance, Data-Warehouse or other systems used by a large capital program, and any educational facility experience
