•    You’ll lead the planning, execution, and closeout of transmission and distribution capital projects. 
•    You’ll manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk throughout the project lifecycle. 
•    You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and project partners. 
•    You’ll coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls activities. 
•    You’ll monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives. 
•    You’ll review project budgets, forecasts, schedules, change orders, and contractor performance. 
•    You’ll facilitate project meetings and provide status reporting to client and Accenture leadership. 
•    You’ll ensure compliance with client standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations. 
•    You’ll identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. 
•    You’ll mentor team members and promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence. 

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. 

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

 
 
 
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
•    MBA preferred.
•    PMP certification desired 
•    Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible experience managing utility capital projects
•    Demonstrated experience delivering electric transmission and distribution projects
•    Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction management, contract administration, scheduling and cost management
•    Superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills
•    Ability to build trusted client relationships and lead multidisciplinary project teams
•    Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Central Louisiana
•    Experience with transmission lines, substations, and distribution infrastructure
•    Familiarity with Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Power BI, or similar project management systems
•    Experience supporting large utility capital programs 
•    OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
