As a Profitability Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing business profitability across brands, regions, products, and/or channels, identifying improvement levers and early warnings to support commercial decision-making.
Your role will be key in connecting financial data with business reality, providing analysis, recommendations, and tools to improve margins, efficiency, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read• Analyze profitability by brand, region, product, and channel, identifying opportunities to improve mix, margins, costs, and discounts
• Build actionable insights on commercial performance and inventory behavior, focusing on rotation, slow-moving stock, and working capital efficiency
• Prepare executive reports for management, including interpretation, risks, opportunities, and next steps
• Translate financial and commercial data into clear messages for non-financial stakeholders
• Prepare annual budgets and sales forecasts by commercial area
• Monitor budget performance and explain monthly variances in sales, costs, margins, and expenses
• Propose corrective actions based on deviation analysis
• Lead process improvements and analytical efficiency initiatives using tools such as Power BI
• Standardize and automate recurring reports, dashboards, models, and templates
We’re looking for a finance profile with strong analytical capabilities, a commercial mindset, and the ability to turn complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
A structured, detail-oriented professional with a strong numerical foundation, capable of handling large volumes of information while adding judgment beyond reporting.
Requirements
~1 min read• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related fields
• Experience working with commercial KPIs
• Experience managing and controlling commercial budgets: sales, costs, and margins
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial ratios
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, or other data visualization tools
• Solid financial and accounting knowledge
• Ability to handle large volumes of data
