Responsibilities
~1 min read1. Capitalization of fixed assets in the ERP system upon completion of asset acquisition, including verification and review of supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and approval records)
2. Coordination with procurement and project teams for timely capitalization and proper asset tagging.
3. Preparation of schedules and workings for audit purposes related to fixed assets.
4. Performing monthly intercompany reconciliation across group entities to identify and resolve mismatches in a timely manner.
5. Verification of BRS on a periodic basis to ensure completeness and accuracy of bank balances as per books vs. bank statements.
6. Preparation of various supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly financial close, including prepayments, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and other balance sheet items.
7. Assisting in statutory audits under local GAAP by preparing and furnishing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as requested by auditors.
