About the Role

Design and iterate on product features in adherence to our design principles and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth design hand-offs and implementation.
Identify and document key elements such as information architecture, user personas, and journey maps.
Partner with product managers to gather user feedback and iteratively improve the product experience.
Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance the overall user experience.
Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of the design system, ensuring consistency across products.
Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on both technical and soft skills.

Requirements

3+ years of product design experience
A solid understanding of both UX and UI design principles
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to prioritize user experience
Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Experience working with and contributing to design systems
Strong eye for interaction design and visual detail, particularly at a system level

Nice to Have

U.S. Healthcare industry knowledge and expertise
Experience designing both B2B, B2C, and SaaS products and experiences
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field; Postgraduate degree preferred for people manager roles or equivalent professional experience
Experience using A.I. tools and a strong understanding of A.I. user experiences
