Regional Operations Manager – Veterinary Practices (Remote | Multi-State Travel)
Innovetive Petcare is looking for a dynamic and experienced veterinary operations leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager (ROM). This remote leadership role is ideal for a motivated individual with multi-site, multi-sttae veterinary management experience and a passion for supporting hospital success.

Location Flexibility:
Candidates must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the following 17 states where Innovetive Petcare operates: AL, AR, CT, FL, GA, LA, MD, MA, MS, NY, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
Extensive travel (up to 75%) is required - qualified candidate should have easy access to a major airport.

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will oversee the business and operational performance of 5–15 veterinary hospitals within Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina. You will serve as a strategic partner to hospital leadership, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff development, and financial outcomes.

You will be the primary liaison between our veterinary practices and the Innovetive Support Center, helping to drive operational improvements, implement corporate initiatives, and support sustainable growth across your portfolio.
