We are seeking a full-time Network and Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on technical role supporting our infrastructure and systems across multiple sites and platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing network and server environments for our clients and internal operations.

Responsibilities

→Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs).
→Manage LAN/WAN networks, monitoring performance and minimising downtime.
→Administer Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.
→Deploy and manage virtualised environments (Hyper-V or VMware).
→Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall rules.
→Implement system monitoring and backup solutions.
→Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
→Lead cybersecurity awareness training and response procedures.
→Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and connectivity.
→Assist with VoIP system deployments and IP telephony support.
→Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvement projects.
