As a Professional Development Consultant, you will engage with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development opportunities.

Using established systems and ongoing training, you'll conduct professional conversations, build relationships and guide individuals through an information and onboarding process.

• Conduct professional phone and Zoom conversations

• Respond to enquiries from prospective clients

• Build and maintain professional relationships

• Utilise digital communication and CRM systems

• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development

• Work independently while managing your own schedule

• Minimum 5 years professional experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in leadership, consulting, HR, education, business development or client-facing roles

• Comfortable working remotely

• Growth-oriented mindset

This is a self-employed independent contractor arrangement and is not a salaried employment position.

Compensation is performance-based and aligned with individual activity and results. Individual outcomes will vary.
