We're seeking a motivated professional to join us in a remote, independent contractor role supporting client engagement within the personal development and leadership education sector.

This position is well suited to individuals with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer success, business development, sales or other people-focused roles who are looking for greater flexibility while remaining professionally engaged.

Working within established systems and processes, you'll connect with individuals who have expressed interest in personal and professional development, guide them through an initial information process, and support them as they take their next steps.

You'll also participate in ongoing professional development and collaborate within a supportive global community.

Engaging with inbound enquiries through digital platforms.

Conducting structured introductory conversations via phone or Zoom.

Providing accurate information using established systems and processes.

Supporting individuals through the initial stages of their journey.

Participating in ongoing learning and professional development.

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, client success, business development, sales or another professional client-facing role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Comfortable using online communication tools including Zoom and CRM systems.

An interest in ongoing personal and professional development.

This is a remote, independent contractor arrangement with flexible, self-managed working hours.
