We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Quality to lead and elevate our Quality function across the Asia region. This senior leadership role is best suited for professionals from a consulting, professional services, or advisory environment, where quality relates to deliverables, governance, risk, compliance, and operational excellence (NOT manufacturing, factory operations, HSE, or FMCG environments).
Based in Jakarta, this role will shape enterprise-wide standards, strengthen management systems, and ensure the company consistently delivers high-quality, reliable, and compliant services across multiple countries.
- Develop and execute the regional Quality strategy and roadmap
- Build scalable Quality frameworks aligned with business growth
- Establish standards, KPIs, and performance measurement systems
- Lead root cause analysis initiatives to identify systemic issues
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality
- Optimize processes, workflows, and resource utilization
ISO, Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate internal & external audit programs and sustainability initiatives
- Monitor operational quality, documentation standards, and reporting accuracy
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Manage and maintain ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001
- Prepare teams for certification and surveillance audits
Knowledge Management & Capability Development
- Establish and maintain centralized knowledge frameworks and SOPs
- Develop training strategies to support quality standards and performance
- Ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility across the organization
Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team
- Build organizational capability in quality, compliance, and governance
- Promote a culture of ownership, integrity, and continuous improvement
We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in consulting, professional services, or advisory organizations, where quality management focuses on service delivery, governance, risk, and compliance (NOT manufacturing, factory operations, HSE, or FMCG environments). Candidates whose backgrounds do not align with this requirement will not be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Quality, Compliance, Risk, or Internal Audit functions
- Proven track record in consulting, professional services, or multi-country service organizations
- Strong expertise in ISO frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001 preferred)
- Experience managing audits, governance programs, and internal control systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- High integrity and professional judgment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working across cultures and managing regional responsibilities
