The role of the Sales Executive is responsible for actively seeking new clients and generating leads through cold calling, referral, networking, and managing incoming leads. The main tasks include but are not limited to new clients onboarding, maintaining operations to generate revenue, meeting the revenue sales target.

  • Manage incoming leads and convert them to clients
  • Proactively generate leads of potential clients to use our service
  • Managing the sales pipeline of prospective clients
  • Responsible for new clients onboarding, including referral methods that are well implemented
  • Build a sustainable relationship by improving the activities for client’s engagement such as arranging regular meetings, getting feedback, and following up as necessary
  • Improving sales revenue by approaching existing clients and obtaining referrals for new clients from their network.
  • Maintenance and update of the Clients Database
  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 years prior work experience in Sales or in managing B2B clients from the service industry
  • Proficient in English, spoken and written
  • Ability and desire to sell
  • A confident and determined approach
  • Adept, persuasive communicator
  • Deadline-oriented and attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Able to be flexible on job scope evolution
