Inteldot is seeking an Inventory Plan Control Specialist III to support warehouse and inventory operations at a Life Sciences facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will focus on inventory control, material handling, warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy, and the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and distribution.
- →Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in applicable systems.
- →Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- →Monitor inventory levels and support material availability and inventory accuracy.
- →Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled according to established procedures.
- →Process and document material movements within the warehouse.
- →Review warehouse and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- →Identify and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, and other warehouse-related issues.
- →Follow established SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation practices.
- →Maintain warehouse areas organized and compliant with applicable operational and quality requirements.
- →Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other supporting functions as needed.
- →Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory processes.
Requirements
~1 min read- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
- Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, shipping, and material handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
