We are seeking a Project Manager – Store Refurbishments to manage retail construction and refurbishment projects from planning and bidding through execution and closeout. The Project Manager will coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established brand and construction standards.

Responsibilities

  • →Manage project master schedules, construction schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • →Lead multiple store refurbishment and construction projects simultaneously.
  • →Partner with Store Construction and Design teams to review plans and construction documents and provide feedback and guidance.
  • →Ensure projects align with established brand standards, budgets, and timelines.
  • →Partner with Procurement to prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and respond to vendor questions during the bidding process.
  • →Review and analyze bid submissions and provide recommendations for vendor selection.
  • →Prepare and present project proposals, updates, and recommendations to leadership.
  • →Coordinate pre-construction meetings and establish project phasing schedules.
  • →Manage internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • →Oversee project budgets, expenditures, invoices, and change orders.
  • →Monitor construction progress through regular review of project photos, documentation, schedules, and milestones.
  • →Identify project risks and communicate issues, delays, and required actions to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • →Build strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, internal teams, and business partners.
  • →Manage projects across multiple brands while understanding and applying their individual requirements and standards.
  • →Support the implementation of brand strategies that impact the overall store experience.
  • →Ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • →Drive vendors and cross-functional partners toward successful project completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably within retail construction, store development, or refurbishment.
  • Experience directly managing multiple outside vendors, contractors, and resources.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong project scheduling and workload management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic and innovative approach to project management.

Experience with project management and construction software/tools such as:

  • Microsoft Project
  • Smartsheet
  • Autodesk Forma
  • Procore
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint
