The role objective of Brand Manager is being responsible for the given brands and their development by performing the required marketing activities, tracking and monitoring the required data, and coordinating with the sales team and external marketing Partners.

Participates in the preparation of annual Sales and Marketing plans for their brand and cares for execution;
Designs budgets to support brand strategy and sales plans, together with the Principal and direct manager;
Localizes the communication and digital strategy (social media, E-commerce) and creates action plans together with relevant Digital, Sales and Education team;
Proactively participates in the brand communication strategy including digital channels;
Tracks the expenses monthly and monitors the achievement of the plans for their brands;
Plans, implements, and participates in the sales, marketing and education campaigns of the organization;
Monitors, revises, and implements pricing strategy for brand;
Maintains maximum cost-effectiveness of planned sales and marketing activities (ROI calculation);
Participates in negotiation and conclusion of contracts with Principals;
Prepares appropriate business reports, analyses data and acts upon them;
Participates in setting and implementing brand strategies (brand positioning and defining target groups);
Responsible for creating Omnichannel brand strategy and for implementing and monitoring plans. Monitors the lifecycle of products within the brand for all channels of sales;
Manages external marketing Partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies, when the case.
Monitors competitive environment and is aware of what is happening on the market;
Collaborates with Wella global teams and local Digital, Sales, and Education teams and reports directly to Cluster Manager;
6+ years of experience in brand management / marketing, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG;
Experience in professional or salon-driven brands is a strong advantage;
Proven track record in product launches and campaign execution;
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and influencer strategies;
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Passion for haircare, beauty trends, and innovation;
Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style;
Good analytical & organizational skills;
